Exchange and Returns

 

We take great care in creating each piece at House of Tisha. All our products go through a thorough quality check before being shipped. However, if you need to request an exchange, we’ve got you covered.


1. Eligibility for Exchange

We offer exchange only, not refunds. You are eligible to exchange a product if:
 • It is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
 • You initiate the request within 48 hours of delivery.
 • You email us at support@houseoftisha.com with your order number, reason for exchange, and product images.


2. Exchange Conditions

 • Exchange is allowed only once per order.
 • Only size exchanges or product defect issues will be accepted.
 • If the required size is not available, we will offer store credit of the same amount, valid for 6 months.


3. Reverse Pickup & Self-Shipping

 • We do not offer reverse pickup at the moment.
 • Customers must self-ship the product to the address shared by our support team after approval.
 • Ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage in transit.


4. Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges on:
 • Products bought during a sale or special promotion.
 • Customised or altered items.
 • Accessories and final sale items.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the rare case of receiving a defective or wrong item:
 • Email us within 48 hours with a clear image and unboxing video (if possible).
 • We will verify and send a replacement at no extra cost or offer store credit.

6. Store Credit Process
 • Issued via email after the returned item is received and approved.
 • Valid for purchases made only on www.houseoftisha.com.
 • Cannot be converted to cash.
